Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to lead and optimise our end‑to‑end supply chain operations. The role will ensure seamless material flow, cost efficiency, timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction across procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full supply chain cycle, including procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, transportation and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency and enhance service levels.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, transporters and 3PL/4PL partners to secure best rates and terms.
• Monitor and optimise inventory using demand forecasting to prevent stock‑outs and overstocking.
• Coordinate with production, sales and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Analyse logistics data, track KPIs such as OTIF, cost per shipment and inventory turnover, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards in logistics and import/export operations.
• Oversee transportation modes (road, rail, air, sea) and proactively resolve delays or disruptions.
• Lead, mentor and develop the supply chain logistics team.
• Implement and utilise ERP/SCM systems for greater visibility and control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing end‑to‑end supply chain and logistics functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and improve processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Ability to collaborate across production, sales and finance departments.
• Leadership experience in guiding and developing a logistics team.
