Supervisor Pallet Store

About the role

The Supervisor Pallet Store will oversee daily operations of Alliance Group's cold‑storage areas, ensuring product integrity, food‑safety compliance and efficient workflow. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, you will provide hands‑on leadership, drive team performance and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day cold‑store activities, including product storage and retrieval.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock control.
• Enforce strict temperature and product‑handling standards.
• Lead, coach and supervise team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, quality, regulatory and market‑access requirements.
• Review and update documented systems, procedures and processes.
• Reduce absenteeism and turnover through strong leadership and engagement.
• Support ongoing training and development to maintain skill coverage.
• Communicate operational issues, risks and improvement opportunities to the Senior Supervisor.
