Student Recruitment Advisor

About the role

The Student Recruitment Advisor will drive new student enrolments for Yoobee Colleges, working remotely across New Zealand. This sales‑focused position ensures prospective learners receive a seamless, customer‑centric experience from first enquiry to enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries and convert them into appointments and enrolments.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual student enrolment targets.
• Collaborate with Student Enrolment Advisors, Business Development and Short Course teams to ensure consistent service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of courses, employment outcomes and market positioning.
• Stay informed on NZQA, TEC requirements and internal policies, ensuring full compliance.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Recent experience in a student‑focused environment (e.g., campus involvement, internships, peer support).
• Interest in creative or technology industries.
• Enthusiastic about helping students succeed and advocating for their education pathways.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with or willingness to learn CRM systems.
