About the role
Carters is looking for a senior Structural BIM Detailer to join its on‑site team in Tauranga Central. The role focuses on delivering detailed BIM models for complex commercial projects and supports the growing production demand across the national branch network.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for structural components on commercial projects.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability.
- Support increased production demand by delivering high‑quality detail work across multiple branches.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members as needed.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in structural BIM detailing.
- Proven track record on complex commercial projects.
- Ability to work on‑site in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
