Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain to translate real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant you will design realistic consulting scenarios and evaluation frameworks that enable AI agents to learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments, creating detailed scenarios with industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, and more.
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards by developing grading frameworks, rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based grading systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, etc.).
• Hands‑on project experience structuring ambiguous problems, building financial models or market analyses, synthesizing findings, and delivering client‑ready recommendations under time pressure.
• Ability to form and defend recommendations in uncertain situations.
• No deep technical background required; onboarding on lightweight tools will be provided.
