About the role

As the Store Manager for Pop Mart in Newmarket, you will lead a vibrant retail team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to grow within a global pop‑culture brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing store team.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
