Stock Picker Forklift Operator with Administration

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Stock Picker (Man Up) forklift operator who can also support administrative tasks within a well‑established logistics operation in Highbrook, East Tamaki. The role offers an immediate start, a day‑shift schedule and the chance to develop both warehouse and admin skills.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a Stock Picker (Man Up) forklift safely to support inbound logistics.
• Process incoming goods, ensuring accurate receipt and placement.
• Perform data entry, record stock movements and conduct cycle counts using the warehouse management system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and assist with general warehouse duties.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the wider operations team.

Required profile

• Current New Zealand Stock Picker/Man Up licence and confidence working at heights.
• Previous experience in warehouse inbound or receiving operations.
• Strong administrative and computer skills, including experience with warehouse systems.
• Physically fit, safety‑conscious and able to handle the physical demands of the role.
