Stock Picker Forklift Operator with Administration Duties

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Stock Picker (Man Up) forklift operator who can also provide administrative support in our Highbrook, East Tamaki warehouse. The role combines safe forklift operation with data entry and inventory tasks, offering a balanced day‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a Stock Picker (Man Up) forklift safely to move goods throughout the warehouse.
• Handle inbound logistics, ensuring accurate receipt and processing of incoming stock.
• Perform data entry, record stock movements, and conduct cycle counts using the warehouse management system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and support general warehouse duties as needed.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the wider operations team.

Required profile

• Current New Zealand Stock Picker/Man Up licence and confidence working at heights.
• Previous experience in warehouse inbound or receiving operations.
• Strong administrative and computer skills, including experience with warehouse systems.
• Physically fit, safety‑conscious, and able to handle the physical demands of the role.
