Stock Picker Forklift Operator with Admin Duties

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Stock Picker (Man Up) forklift operator who can also support administrative tasks in our Highbrook warehouse. The role starts immediately, begins with a day‑shift schedule and moves to an early start after training, offering a good work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a Stock Picker forklift safely to move goods throughout the warehouse.
• Handle inbound logistics, ensuring accurate receipt and processing of shipments.
• Perform data entry, stock movements and cycle counting using the warehouse management system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and support general warehouse duties.
• Work both independently and as part of the wider operations team.

Required profile

• Current New Zealand Stock Picker/Man Up licence.
• Comfortable working at heights and physically fit.
• Previous experience in warehouse inbound or receiving operations.
• Strong admin and computer skills, with experience using warehouse systems.
• Attention to detail for data entry and inventory accuracy.
