About the role

Join Agrodome in Rotorua as a Stage Assistant and Farm Tour Driver, where you’ll be at the centre of New Zealand’s iconic agritourism experience. You’ll help deliver the celebrated farm show, guide visitors on tractor tours across a 350‑acre working farm, and look after animals and land while creating memorable moments for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Present and assist with the live farm show.
• Drive tractor tours, engaging visitors and ensuring safety.
• Care for farm animals and assist with daily husbandry tasks.
• Maintain farm grounds and support sustainable farming practices.
• Promote the Tiaki Promise and uphold Agrodome’s hospitality values.

Required profile

• Confidence working with farm animals and a genuine passion for animal care.
• Comfortable speaking to audiences and delivering entertaining presentations.
• Valid full New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Tourism or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Commitment to health, safety and sustainability standards.
