Sourcing Execution Lead – National Procurement

About the role
As the Sourcing Execution Lead you will oversee national sourcing strategies, ensuring procurement initiatives deliver value, efficiency and sustainability. You will lead a high‑performing team, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and embed innovative approaches for long‑term results.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sourcing strategies across multiple categories.
- Manage and develop a high‑performing procurement team.
- Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Drive value, efficiency and sustainability in procurement initiatives.
- Embed innovative approaches and long‑term partnership models.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading large‑scale procurement programmes.
- Strong negotiation and commercial rigour.
- Leadership ability to inspire collaboration and trust.
- Comfort with complexity and purpose‑driven sourcing.
- Experience working across markets, geographies and categories in large organisations.
