Solution Architect – Data & AI

About the role

This is a broad Solution Architect position operating across both business and technology domains. The role is hands‑on, engaging directly with stakeholders to shape technology direction and provide end‑to‑end architectural guidance. While there are no direct reports, there is potential for future leadership progression.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive solution architecture across the business.
• Lead Data & AI initiatives and support data governance, strategy and direction.
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and long‑term objectives.
• Maintain strong focus on security and risk management across data platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, validating priorities and technology investments.

• Comfortable working in a smaller, less structured environment.
• Confident engaging with business stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Experience across data platforms, governance and modern analytics solutions.
