Software Engineer - Robotics Controller

About the role

As a Software Engineer focusing on robotics control, you will provide technical triage and customer service for the bank’s robotic fleet, supporting multiple business units. You will be a core member of the Engineering Practice, driving automation and building scalable, reusable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical triage and respond to incidents for the robotic fleet across the bank.
• Design, develop and maintain reusable automation software that is scalable and secure.
• Manage build pipelines, security patching, vulnerability remediation and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Share knowledge with team members and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of software development experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders.
• Customer‑service mindset and ability to work across business units.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods.
• Interest in robotics automation and continuous learning.
