Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to support the Home & Living category of a well‑known New Zealand household brand. You will help design and execute engaging social media campaigns that boost brand presence and drive audience interaction across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and schedule integrated social media campaigns and always‑on content programmes.
• Create compelling digital and social content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise posts for maximum engagement.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Lead and cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Support influencer marketing initiatives where applicable.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms, emerging trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Interest in interiors, homewares, decor, furniture, appliances, electronics, and lifestyle products.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple campaigns, and take initiative.

Required skills

• Social media platform expertise (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Content creation and curation.
• Basic analytics and reporting.
• Influencer marketing coordination (advantageous).
