Sleep Coach – Retail Customer Service (Full‑time)

About the role

As a Sleep Coach you will be the front‑line representative of Resmed’s EdenSleep clinic, helping customers improve their sleep and overall wellbeing. This full‑time, on‑site position blends retail expertise with health‑focused advice, allowing you to make a tangible impact on people’s lives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their sleep needs and recommend personalised solutions.
• Drive sales of sleep‑related products and services while meeting targets.
• Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, cleanliness and stock levels.
• Complete POS transactions, handle cash and perform administrative duties accurately.
• Provide follow‑up support, progress checks and ongoing customer education.
• Care for, check and maintain trial and demonstration equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years retail or customer‑service experience (preferred).
• Sales‑focused mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
• Strong, friendly and empathetic communication skills.
• High attention to detail in service, merchandising and administration.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays in the future.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (bonus).
• Familiarity with Shopify (bonus).
