Site Supervisor – Relocate to Melbourne

About the role

Kapitol is seeking experienced Site Supervisors from Auckland who are ready to take on larger, more complex construction projects in Melbourne. This permanent, onsite position offers the chance to work on Tier 1 and Tier 2 builds across data centres, luxury residential towers, commercial offices, hospitals, education and hospitality venues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Monitor progress against project plans and report status to the Site Manager.
• Manage site documentation, inspections and compliance with building standards.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly to minimise delays and cost overruns.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience supervising Tier 1/2 construction projects.
• Background in data centres, high‑end residential, commercial, hospital, education or hospitality construction.
• Willingness to relocate to Melbourne in 2026.
• Strong communication and delivery focus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Tier 1/2 construction standards and practices.
