Site Reliability Engineer – Finance Engineering (Wellington/Auckland)

About the role

As a Site Reliability Engineer within ANZ's Finance Engineering Chapter, you will support regulatory data processing and reporting on Oracle‑based platforms. The role is based in Wellington or Auckland and involves 24/7 on‑call duties to ensure platform stability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Oracle‑based finance platforms as part of a 24/7 support team.
• Implement DevOps improvements within an Agile delivery framework.
• Collaborate with business, technology experts and vendors to design and deliver complex solutions.
• Manage applications across UNIX, Linux and Windows environments using BMC Control‑M automation and SQL/PLSQL.
• Apply ITIL Service Management principles to incident, problem and change management.
