Site Manager – Fixed Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Site Manager on a fixed‑term basis to lead commercial interior fit‑out projects for BLACK Interiors + Construction Limited in Wellington Central. The role offers hands‑on site leadership with full ownership of project delivery, safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial interior fit‑out projects in partnership with a respected New Zealand contractor.
• Maintain a strong team culture focused on teamwork, leadership, quality and timely delivery.
• Provide on‑site direction, supervise tradespeople and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Take real ownership of site operations, driving project progress and resolving issues on the ground.
