Site Coordinator Lead – Dunedin Campuses

About the role

Skills Group is seeking an experienced Site Coordinator Lead to oversee daily operations across its two Dunedin campuses. This permanent, full‑time position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating busy environments, supporting staff and learners, and ensuring smooth behind‑the‑scenes processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching and support to the Site Coordinator on both campuses.
• Coordinate campus logistics including timetabling, room allocations, learning resources and overall operational flow.
• Deliver a welcoming, professional and customer‑focused experience for learners, tutors, employers and visitors.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining systems, processes and operational workflows.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with campus leadership and national teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating campus, site or operational activities in a customer‑focused environment.
• Background in providing leadership, coaching or day‑to‑day support to teams.
• Strong organisational abilities with experience managing schedules, logistics or operational processes.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, capable of building strong stakeholder relationships.
• A customer‑first mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• High digital literacy and comfort using business systems.
