About the role

We are looking for a Shader Technical Director (TD) to lead the development and maintenance of web and mac applications that incorporate advanced shader techniques. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, including graphics artists and engineers, to translate requirements into robust, high‑performance software solutions while ensuring visual fidelity and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new web applications and mac applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing web and mac applications.
• Gather and understand internal customer requirements.
• Design, write and optimise database queries.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Analytical, proactive and natural problem‑solver.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Objective‑C development.
• Microsoft .Net framework (C# preferred).
• Java programming.
• Experience with MS SQL and MySQL databases.
• Proficiency in CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
