Service Technical & Training Specialist – Harvesters

About the role

CNH Industrial is looking for an experienced harvester technician to join the ANZ region as a Service Technical & Training Specialist. You will act as the senior technical escalation point for grape, forage and sugarcane harvesters, delivering hands‑on support and structured training to dealer technicians across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced remote and on‑site diagnosis of complex harvester issues for dealer technicians.
• Identify, track and escalate emerging product concerns through established processes.
• Deliver detailed product performance feedback and contribute to market reporting and Product Improvement Programs.
• Design, develop and deliver structured technical training programmes for dealer technicians throughout the ANZ region.
• Travel for scheduled training sessions, dealer visits, field days and selected customer engagements to reinforce learning.
• Collaborate closely with field teams, product specialists and dealers to continuously improve harvester support outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with grape, forage or sugarcane harvesters.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and support others.
• Strong communication skills for delivering technical training.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand.
• Located on the East Coast of Australia or in New Zealand.
