Service Consultant – Customer Support (Casual)

About the role

As a Service Consultant in ANZ’s Personal Banking portfolio, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching the contact centre. You will deliver high‑quality interactions, process financial transactions quickly, and refer any additional needs to the appropriate sales channel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience via phone, email or online channels.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify additional customer needs and refer them to the relevant sales team.
• Manage cash handling tasks, including cash deliveries, repatriation and teller cash requirements.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ policies and branch procedures.
• Support multiple branches by travelling to sites as required.
• Promote digital banking solutions and act as a digital advocate.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work at any branch where support is needed.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet processing speed targets.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving collective goals.
• Driving capability preferred for site visits.

• NBC (ANZ internal banking tool)
