About the role
As a Service Consultant at ANZ, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and handling a range of financial transactions. You will also identify additional customer needs and refer them to the appropriate sales channels.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality customer interactions in line with ANZ service standards.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs to facilitate meaningful conversations.
- Maintain cash management duties, including cash holdings, deliveries, and repatriation.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, branch procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus and relationship‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of compliance and sales processes.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
