SEO Manager – Drive Strategy & Growth

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEO Manager to shape and execute search optimisation strategies for our clients. Working alongside two senior SEO experts, you will help our agency stay ahead of AI‑driven search trends and deliver measurable traffic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies that improve visibility, traffic and engagement.
• Optimise technical SEO, content and user experience across web platforms.
• Stay up‑to‑date with AI‑powered search tools, algorithm changes and emerging SEO techniques.
• Collaborate closely with content, marketing and product teams to integrate SEO into broader campaigns.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience in technical SEO, content optimisation and web analytics.
• Experience in retail or multi‑brand environments is a plus.
• Growth‑mindset with a passion for learning and experimenting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Experience using Screaming Frog and other AI‑powered SEO tools.
