Senior Test Analyst

About the role

Assurity is looking for a Senior Test Analyst to lead testing and quality engineering across a variety of client projects. You will work directly with clients to design, implement and optimise testing strategies that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end test plans, manage defect lifecycles and ensure high‑quality releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to build trust and align testing activities with project goals.
• Identify risks early and propose practical mitigation solutions.
• Mentor junior testers and step into Test Lead duties when required.
• Handle multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining delivery standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in functional testing across diverse platforms and domains.
• Proven ability to work in a consultancy environment and navigate ambiguous situations.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset.
• Demonstrated track record of influencing stakeholders and delivering testing excellence.

Required skills

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager (or equivalent) certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics environments.
