Senior Tech Recruiter – SaaS & Digital (Client Lead)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Owning and growing key SaaS and digital client relationships across New Zealand and occasionally beyond.
• Writing compelling proposals, responding to RFPs and briefs, and delivering high‑quality talent solutions.
• Partnering with the delivery team to exceed client expectations and ensure successful placements.
• Generating new business through authentic relationship‑building without scripted sales calls.
• Elevating the firm’s brand presence in the market.

Required profile

• Proven senior tech recruiter with strong client‑facing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full‑cycle client relationships and deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.
• Confident communicator comfortable writing RFPs, pitching and presenting solutions.
• Self‑motivated professional seeking a high‑trust, human‑centric environment.
