We are seeking a Senior Talent Strategy Advisor to join PwC’s Advisory practice in Auckland. This purpose‑led position focuses on shaping workforce decisions that deliver real impact across Aotearoa New Zealand, while leveraging the latest AI and digital tools. The role sits within the Human Resources & Recruitment function and operates in a hybrid setting, combining on‑site collaboration in Auckland CBD with remote analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse talent data and market trends to enable smarter workforce planning.
• Influence senior leaders with evidence‑based recommendations on talent strategy.
• Partner with the Advisory team to embed talent insights into client solutions.
• Support internal recruitment initiatives and optimise talent pipelines.
• Utilise AI‑driven analytics to enhance decision‑making and drive advisory success at PwC.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in talent strategy, workforce planning or HR advisory.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate across functions.
