Senior Sustainability Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sustainability Analyst to join our team at the Wynyard Quarter office in Auckland CBD. The role will support Goodman's environmental sustainability strategy across New Zealand, providing hands‑on expertise in carbon accounting and sustainability reporting. You will work within a supportive, experienced consulting team and receive a full handover to ensure a smooth start.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain carbon accounting models for client portfolios.
• Prepare and deliver sustainability reports in line with national and international standards.
• Support the implementation of Goodman's environmental sustainability strategy across NZ projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate sustainability metrics into business decisions.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior analysts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sustainability or environmental consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work on‑site with clients.
