Senior Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to design and implement security solutions for our partners and their customers. The role works closely with sales, vendor channels and partners to understand requirements, create tailored architectures and provide ongoing enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical pre‑sales support to sales teams and channel partners.
• Design and architect security solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Collaborate with vendors to offer technical support and training, including Fortinet training.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and create marketing and technical documentation.
• Stay current on cybersecurity threats and emerging technologies.
• Participate in industry events, webinars and conferences.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for partners and customers.

Required profile

• Curious about technology and eager to stay up‑to‑date with next‑generation cyber and data‑resilience products.
• Self‑starter with a technology‑agnostic mindset, able to understand a broad security portfolio.
• Strong ability to enable channel partners through planning and delivering technical product training.
• Experience influencing win strategies and best‑practice presentations, demos and PoCs.
• Capable of translating complex technical problems into actionable discussions with vendor engineering teams.
