Senior Solution Consultant – AI-Enabled Experience Orchestration

About the role

Genesys is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to help organisations across Australia and New Zealand adopt AI‑first Experience Orchestration. Based in Auckland or Wellington, you will act as a trusted advisor, working with sales, value‑consulting and services teams to shape customer understanding and drive complex, AI‑enabled opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic conversations on AI‑driven Experience Orchestration with senior stakeholders.
• Translate AI capabilities into concrete business outcomes and CX strategies.
• Act as solution lead on high‑complexity opportunities, coordinating with sales, services and partners.
• Manage technical and solution complexity across engagements and demonstrate the platform’s value.
• Contribute to AI adoption, trust and value‑realisation discussions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a solution consultant or pre‑sales professional in the CX/AI space.
• Strong ability to engage senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of guiding complex transformation projects.
