Senior Software Engineer - React Native

About the role

Les Mills is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer specialized in React Native to join its B2B Engineering team. You will help shape the next generation of the company’s world‑class fitness services and deliver mobile experiences to a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend and automation engineers.
• Deliver high‑quality features while contributing to technical decisions and engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience developing React Native applications in a commercial setting.
• Ownership mindset, clean‑code practices, and comfort working in an agile product environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and design teams.

Required skills

• React Native for iOS and Android
• TypeScript, React Navigation, and the broader React Native ecosystem
• Integration of REST and/or GraphQL APIs and state management
• Native modules and mobile app release processes
• Software engineering best practices: testing, code reviews, CI/CD
• Familiarity with Datadog, AWS, Lambda, and DynamoDB (beneficial)
