About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Software Engineer to join CoachMate, a growing company building digital products for sports organisations. You will work with a modern tech stack, use data‑driven decisions, and impact products used by major sporting bodies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end development from technical design through implementation, testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build scalable, efficient solutions.
• Monitor and optimise performance and user experience.
• Implement security best practices and contribute to improving our software ecosystem.
• Create and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• Experienced senior engineer with strong background in TypeScript and React.
• Clear communicator, collaborative, continuous learner.
• Passion for building great products and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in sports and desire to positively impact youth sports.
