Senior Revenue Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially sharp and analytically strong Senior Revenue Manager to join our Auckland team. Initially you will provide continuity for DB Breweries during a maternity leave, then transition to a broader focus on Star Hospitality as the integration progresses.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain revenue‑management processes for DB Breweries during the maternity‑leave period, covering pricing, promotions, product mix and trade terms.
• Lead revenue‑management across DB Breweries and Star Hospitality, ensuring a consistent approach to pricing, promotions, mix and trade investment.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing and other functions to translate strategy into data‑driven execution plans.
• Deliver robust reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Support pricing, forecasting and planning cycles while driving governance and consistent use of RM tools and frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue management, commercial finance, sales, category management or a similar analytical commercial role.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing, promotions, trade investment and channel dynamics.
• Advanced analytical capability, able to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
