Senior Relationship Manager – Agri (Canterbury & West Coast)

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager – Agri will support and enhance the financial wellbeing of agricultural clients across Canterbury and the West Coast. Reporting to the Business & Agri senior leadership team, you will manage complex credit deals and high‑value portfolios while strengthening ANZ’s market presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Grow, develop and maintain a portfolio of larger‑scale, complex Agri clients.
• Promote sustainable, long‑term relationships and act as the primary face of ANZ to key clients and partners.
• Drive customer growth and enhance ANZ’s market profile across the region.
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive networking and collaboration.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development for relationship staff throughout Canterbury.

Required profile

• A proven track record in customer relationship and risk management, particularly within the agricultural sector.
