About the role

We are seeking a Senior Solicitor / Associate specialising in property law to join our team at Sainsbury Logan & Williams. Based in Napier (or Hastings) with a hybrid work arrangement, the role offers real autonomy, the chance to work with established clients and opportunities to mentor junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide independent legal advice and representation on a range of property matters.
  • Manage and develop relationships with established property clients.
  • Lead and mentor junior solicitors and support staff.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the property practice.

Required profile

  • Senior‑level experience in property law.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and manage a client portfolio.
  • Willingness to mentor and develop junior team members.
