Senior Property Consultant – Auckland

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Property Consultant to join our Auckland CBD team. In this role you will provide expert property advice that supports infrastructure projects, community development and change initiatives across New Zealand’s dynamic property market.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality property consultancy services to corporate and public‑sector clients.
• Analyse market trends, zoning regulations and development opportunities to inform client decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, local authorities and investors.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property consultancy or real‑estate advisory, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong understanding of New Zealand property law, planning processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client‑focused mindset.
