Senior Project Manager - Structures

About the role

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale infrastructure and civil works in Auckland. You will own the full project lifecycle, from planning through construction, ensuring safety, quality and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of $50m+ projects, coordinating multiple work fronts and complex staging.
• Develop and maintain compliant programmes, ensuring alignment with HSE and environmental standards.
• Manage day‑to‑day site activities, driving safe, high‑quality execution.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Own project financials, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting and contract administration.
• Lead and develop a sizeable project team, fostering a collaborative, safety‑focused culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering medium to large scale civil infrastructure projects (>$50m).
• Strong background in project delivery, planning and site operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in budget control, commercial management and contract administration.
• Leadership skills with a focus on safety, quality and team performance.
