Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of innovation, renovation and operational projects within our Specialized Nutrition business. Based in Auckland, you will partner with cross‑functional teams and act as the primary point of contact for delivering new ideas to market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of operational projects, including product innovation and renovation initiatives.
• Drive execution with third‑party manufacturing partners and manage artwork governance.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development to a team of two Project Managers and one Graphic Chain Manager.
• Establish clear project structures, timelines and milestones across quality, R&D, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, finance and other functions.
• Identify risks early, implement mitigation plans and act as the central escalation point.
• Embed consistent project management practices and pursue continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of professional experience, with at least five years leading or managing projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to deliver outcomes without direct authority.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with a track record of simplifying processes and enhancing governance.
