Senior Integration Specialist

About the role

Powerco is looking for a Senior Integration Specialist to design and deliver integration solutions that enable the business to operate smarter, faster, and more connected. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Palmerston North Central, New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into robust integration architectures.
• Develop, test, and deploy integration flows across multiple systems and platforms.
• Maintain and optimise existing integration solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, analysts, and operations, to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior integration staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a track record of delivering projects on time.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
