Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

About the role

In this role you will apply your expertise to help train next‑generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high‑quality, real‑world input. No prior AI experience is required – your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and Java.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional team members to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend feature development, ensuring high‑quality user experiences.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in written and verbal formats.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven experience as a full‑stack developer.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed remote team.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
