Senior Full Stack Engineer (.Net)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a fast‑growing WealthTech business in New Zealand. You will work on a large‑scale, cloud‑based platform that serves the financial services industry, helping shape its future direction.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
• Conduct code reviews and champion engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, analysts, and stakeholders in Agile Scrum teams.
• Deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and development standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong background in building enterprise applications.
• Experience with modern Microsoft technologies and web‑based applications.
• Proficiency working with SQL databases (SQL Server, T‑SQL or similar).
• Understanding of secure coding principles and software quality practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
