Senior Finance Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join Chorus’s Infrastructure business. In this newly created role you will partner with senior executives to drive financial performance, guide investment decisions and support the company’s ambition of 80 % fibre uptake by 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning cycles for a capital‑intensive infrastructure portfolio.
• Own EBITDA and CAPEX targets, providing clear insights that enable high‑quality investment choices.
• Identify and evaluate commercial opportunities, strengthen business cases and embed financial insight across the organisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape strategic commercial outcomes and improve performance.
• Develop finance capability, drive continuous improvement and enhance business partnering.

Required profile

• Senior finance leader with proven experience partnering at executive level in telecom, infrastructure or similarly regulated environments.
• Track record of end‑to‑end planning, budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning with accountability for EBITDA and CAPEX.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to translate financial insight into actionable decisions.
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
