Senior ERP Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Microsoft Dynamics delivery team in New Zealand. You will work within a collaborative PMO environment, supporting large‑scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement programmes while enjoying a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex Dynamics 365 CE projects and strategic initiatives across ANZ.
• Coordinate multiple teams, define requirements, scope and delivery plans with senior stakeholders.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive governance, reporting and decision‑making, ensuring successful client outcomes.
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery approaches and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects.
• Background in consulting or technology vendor environments.
• Strong programme and project management across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2 or PMP/PMI.
