Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior engineer who lives at the intersection of production operations and intelligent automation. You will own the on‑call shift, drive incident response and build autonomous agents that eliminate manual toil, ensuring the platform behind major brands stays available.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the on‑call shift: triage, diagnose, mitigate, restore services and coordinate escalations.
• Design, develop and iterate autonomous workflows for alert pre‑triage, deployment validation, self‑healing and post‑incident analysis.
• Guard every production change with quality gates, automated rollbacks and telemetry monitoring.
• Perform deep root‑cause investigations and deliver systemic fixes that prevent recurrence.
• Transform manual fixes into reusable agent rules, guardrails or runbooks, expanding the autonomous layer.
• Document decisions, procedures and operational context for both humans and automated agents.

Required profile

• 5+ years in production‑facing roles such as SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure on large‑scale SaaS.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑call paging, incident bridges and real outage handling.
• Strong self‑direction: you identify high‑leverage gaps and close them without waiting for assignments.

Required skills

• Deep expertise with AWS at scale, including multi‑AZ, multi‑account architectures and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with gated change management, automated rollbacks and monitoring/telemetry.
