Senior Developer - Finance & Operations

About the role

Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to join its Managed Services (Customer Support) team. Based in New Zealand and working on Australian business hours, you will help customers keep their ERP environments stable, performant, and aligned with best‑practice standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customisations for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple client projects.
• Translate functional requirements into clear technical designs and documentation.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and delivery leads to ensure solutions are fit‑for‑purpose and minimise unnecessary customisation.
• Implement integrations, APIs and support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.
• Provide troubleshooting and production support to guarantee system stability.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in enterprise ERP settings.
• Proven ability to join active programmes and deliver value with minimal ramp‑up time.
• Solid understanding of finance, supply‑chain, and sales‑order processes.
• Commitment to high‑quality delivery and production stability.
