Senior Developer - Dynamics 365

About the role

The Senior Developer – Dynamics 365 will design, build and maintain business solutions on the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will ensure processes are efficient, automated and aligned with organisational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with business units to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, configure and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates and security configuration.
• Contribute to wider IT projects, policy development and procedural documentation.
• Support the IT Manager in delivering the annual work programme.

Required profile

• Strong communicator able to explain complex concepts in plain English.
• Effective team player who collaborates closely with project teams.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and within a structured environment.

Required skills

• High‑level expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency with Power Platform services.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, role‑based access and PowerShell scripting.
• Proven experience delivering IT services and implementing security controls.
