Senior Creative Content Producer

About the role

Lenny is looking for a Senior Creative Content Producer to become the creative engine behind its brand. Working closely with the Founder, Paid Media Manager and external partners, you will craft high‑quality digital content that attracts, educates and converts customers across New Zealand and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Produce compelling digital assets for social media, websites, email and paid advertising.
• Design graphics, landing pages, presentations and other customer‑facing marketing materials.
• Create short‑form video, photography and visual storytelling for campaigns.
• Write engaging copy, blogs, guides and customer communications.
• Leverage AI tools to generate ideas, streamline production and keep creative output fresh.
• Refresh and optimise existing creative to maintain relevance.
• Collaborate with specialist agencies on larger campaigns while handling day‑to‑day production in‑house.
• Build and maintain a reusable library of content and assets to support scaling.

Required profile

• Naturally creative with a strong eye for design and brand consistency.
• Comfortable moving between graphic design, copywriting, video editing and digital performance.
• Curious, commercially minded and eager to experiment with new tools, especially AI‑driven solutions.
• Experience creating short‑form video for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.

Required skills

• Graphic design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma.
• Video editing software: Premiere Pro, CapCut.
• AI‑powered creative tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway.
• Photography, image editing and visual storytelling.
• Copywriting for websites, advertising, email and social media.
• Creation of digital assets for Google, Meta and other online advertising platforms.
