Senior Consultant – Supply Chain & Operations (Business Consulting)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Supply Chain & Operations practice in Auckland. You will work on high‑impact projects that help leading New Zealand organisations transform their end‑to‑end value chains through digital technology and innovative operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver transformational change programmes for clients across agriculture, manufacturing, and public sectors.
• Collaborate with local and global EY teams to design, plan and implement supply‑chain solutions.
• Travel regularly to client sites and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders at all levels.
• Leverage digital capabilities such as analytics, AI and automation to improve operational performance and reduce waste.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Prior consulting experience in digital supply chain, logistics, manufacturing excellence or end‑to‑end value‑chain transformation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse, cross‑functional teams.
• Curious, innovative problem‑solver with a people‑centred approach to change.
