Senior Consultant – Operating Model & Cost Transformation

About the role

Radically is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Auckland team. You will work closely with senior leaders of large organisations across banking, retail, insurance and the public sector to redesign operating models and drive cost transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams on operating model and cost transformation programmes.
• Analyse organisational structures, governance and planning processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Facilitate planning and prioritisation sessions with leadership teams.
• Translate strategy into clear, executable priorities and support implementation.
• Coach leaders on trade‑off decisions and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Radically’s internal knowledge base.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, business operations or product leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation capabilities.
• Ability to quickly understand complex business problems and communicate confidently with senior executives.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes rather than methodology.

• Competitive salary range NZD 120,000–170,000.
