Senior Azure DevOps Cloud Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Cloud Engineer to design, implement, automate, and support enterprise‑grade cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available solutions while championing DevOps best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Azure cloud environments, including landing zones, governance frameworks, and multi‑environment deployments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production).
• Deploy, configure, and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, implementing networking, security, autoscaling, and monitoring best practices.
• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, developing reusable modules and ensuring version‑controlled deployments.
• Automate server provisioning, configuration, patching, and deployment with Ansible and scripting tools.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, supporting blue‑green, canary, and rolling releases.
• Develop automation tools and cloud utilities using TypeScript, integrating APIs and cloud services into deployment workflows.
• Monitor performance, security, and reliability of cloud resources, applying remediation and cost‑optimization measures.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Strong background in container orchestration with AKS and Kubernetes.
• Proven expertise in IaC using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
• Solid programming/scripting skills, particularly in TypeScript.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams and drive automation initiatives.
